How much is the global mobile advertising market worth? According to the IAB, it’s $5.3 billion. That’s a very big pie, and mobile app developers quite rightly would like a slice of it.
The plain truth is that many apps – indeed, many websites – are only free at the point of access thanks to advertising. But mobile app mavens may not necessarily be mobile advertising gurus.
